Ray Grand is a life coach, keynote speaker, author, podcast host, entrepreneur, and advocate for persons with disabilities. Ray was born and raised in Boston. At the very young age of 14 years old Ray contracted spinal meningitis leaving him paralyzed from the waist down. This drastic life gave Ray purpose and determination to help himself and help others as well.
At age 16 Ray started his first official business, Ray Grand Apparel. Ray also became active with Partners for Youth with Disabilities (PYD) where he began mentoring youths living with a disability.
Ray earned a full scholarship to Oklahoma State University where he played wheelchair basketball and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing.
In addition to entrepreneurship and keynote speaking, Ray is the author of "My Legs May Be Paralyzed But My Mind Isn't". Ray is also the host of his podcast show, "The Ray Grand Show." Ray uses his love for basketball and helping others by life coaching athletes who are living with a disability. Ray currently resides in the Atlanta, GA area with his wife and children.

Ray Grand participated in the NWBA (National Wheelchair Basketball Association) All-Star game in 2006. Ray was selected as one of the top players in the country.
